Foxy Fit

Ladies only exercise sessions. Catering for a wide range of abilities & fitness levels with options for lower impact exercises. Great for mums returning to exercise.

Group Exercise Sessions

Group exercise sessions for mixed gender and abilities. High intensity workouts, loads of boxing and fun fitness games. Designed to burn fat and build lean muscle.

Personal Training
