If you are keen to be a part of these online sessions you just need to email Marnie and sign-up before Tuesday 14th July, 2020.
Sessions will be running as follows:
▪Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm – online Zoom session
▪Thursdays 5:45pm-6:45pm – in-person group exercise* @ Greensborough College
▪Saturdays 9:30am-10:30am – in-person group exercise* @ Redleap Reserve, Mill Park.
*Some sessions currently scheduled as in-person sessions may be moved online depending on State or Federal Government restrictions in place at the time of the session.
Clients will access the LIVE virtual sessions via the “ZOOM” online platform (your personalised access link provided once registered).
Your registration in the online Term 3 program includes pre-session screening, personalized modifications where applicable, priming/restorative practices, warm-ups, the main HIIT workout sets, bonus ‘finishers’ and finally, the cool down and restorative routines to leave you feeling AMAZING. PLUS there will also be several BONUSES throughout the term.
