The Weekly Workouts can be found on our Facebook Page and will be performed at each Redback session throughout Term 3.

Be sure to watch out for our weekly VIDEOS on Facebook showing you how to perform each of the exercises.

Here’s how to be one of the 2018 RIG OFF WINNERS:

  • Earn one point for every video that you post of you performing the weekly RIG OFF moves. 
  • In your video, nominate up to 2 other people to perform the moves, be sure to tag them in your post.
  • Post the video to Facebook or Instagram & TAG it: #redbackfitness and #rigoff2018
