Adapting in these uncertain times:
In the words of our premier today: “Very clearly, we are not where we wanted to be. And as today’s case numbers show, Victoria is experiencing significant community transmission of coronavirus”.
Whilst I know our Redback community will have been doing their bit to reduce the spread of the virus, sadly, frustratingly, it’s just not been enough to give our leaders confidence to move forward with easing restrictions further at the moment.
Therefore, I just wanted to reassure people that we will continue to do our bit to reduce the spread and keep our community safe and healthy by abiding by the most up-to-date hygiene guidelines and physical distancing rules and restrictions.
If this means we have to adapt and go back to full time online fitness or make further modifications to our in-person session plans then we will show the flexibility and resilience required.
Furthermore, I really appreciate YOUR ongoing support. I’m super proud of the resilience shown to date, as well as the kindness and flexibility displayed by our Redback community – you guys are amazing!

This 12 week FREE ‘at home’ course will take your core strength from beginner to beast mode. All 12 videos explaining how to perform the weekly core workouts are also available on our YouTube channel.
|3) Redback’s Term 4 10 week program is being conducted both virtually (online) and in-person**|
TERM 4 PROGRAM (10weeks of FUNCTIONAL, FUN FITNESS, starting from Tuesday 6th October, 2020)
– Tuesday’s 6:30-7:30pm – online Zoom session (until Covid restrictions ease)*
– Thursday’s 6:00-7:00pm – online Zoom session (until Covid restrictions ease)
– Saturday 9:30-10:30am – online Zoom session (until Covid restrictions ease)
